One Community is a new charitable foundation for the Kirklees area which was launched in May 2010.
Our object is to inspire companies and individuals to invest in local community groups, to build strong, vibrant and self-reliant communities.

We accept personal cheques, if you are planning on donating an amount over £5,000 then we can arrange to collect it if you prefer simply contact us

We offer an opportunity for people who prefer to pledge to donate a significant endowment over several years, contact us and one of our Trustees will get in touch.

Becoming a Founder
Founder Donors will become the backbone of One Community and join an exclusive list of donors around the UK
Company Funds
Companies can create their own fund and usually can set out how and where they would like it to be used.
Personal Donation
Donations can be made by a cheque in the post, online via a secure and professional donor management organisation.
Use It Or Lose It: we can double your donation by claiming money on offer from the Government – but we need to act fast.....
Giftaid is tax relief on money donated to UK charities. The Inland Revenue treat donations as if the donor had already deducted basic rate tax from them. The charity can then reclaim this tax.
